Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SlotGrid (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SlotGrid lets you track slot car lap times, setups and collections, generate QR stickers, and optionally share a public profile. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide a valid email and be able to enter into a binding agreement. One person, one account.

A free plan is available with limits (currently up to 3 cars). Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right.

Don't misuse the Service: no illegal content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

You own the data you enter (cars, times, notes, photos). By marking a car or profile as public, you allow it to be shown to anyone with the link. You grant us the limited right to store and display your content solely to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for lost data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotGrid is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
